4/365 Tortilla Bake

So cooking is not one of my strong points, that and crafty posts are what I am aiming to improve in these 365 days. I thought I'd start easy with an Old El Paso tortilla bake kit. It was surprisingly fool proof and very tasty, smokey meat layers with a cheesy top, a bit like a Mexican lasgne. lus, it only took me about half an hour. Double thumbs up, here it is before it goes in the oven.

Tortilla bake all cheesy and ready to go!

If anyone else knows any fool-proof recipes or crafts please send them over and I will try and complete them in the next 361 days!
